NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES FINAL:
- No Refunds: Once your order is placed, there are no refunds, cancellations, credits, exchanges, or transfers.
- ID and Credit Card Requirement:
- You must present the original credit card used for purchase and a valid government-issued photo ID to gain entry.
- The name on the credit card and ID must match the name on your purchased ticket(s).
- Failure to provide both the credit card and ID matching the ticket name will result in denied entry without a refund.
Purchase Confirmation:
- By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by this Purchase Policy, a binding contract between you and the event promoter.
Event Booking Details:
- Your ticket guarantees entry to the specified event.
- Each event has a definitive date, time, and location. Confirm details before purchase, as no changes or refunds will be issued for errors.
- Non-attendance forfeits your ticket without refund.
No Refunds for Unforeseen Circumstances:
- Refunds are not provided for circumstances beyond the promoter's control, including:
- Weather, natural disasters, traffic, or transportation issues.
- Waiting in lines or dissatisfaction with the event (e.g., music, performances, venue amenities).
- Incorrect purchases (e.g., wrong date, event, or location).
Event Entry and Amenities:
- Promoters, venue owners, and staff reserve the right to refuse entry for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Disorderly behavior, intoxication, or non-compliance with rules.
- Venue capacity restrictions or breach of security protocols.
- Amenities promised (e.g., VIP sections, drink specials) are not guaranteed and do not warrant refunds.
Release of Liability:
- By purchasing tickets, you release the event promoter and its affiliates from liability for:
- Personal injury, damage to personal property, or negligence claims.
Indemnity Clause:
- By attending the event, you agree to indemnify and hold the promoter and its affiliates harmless against all claims, damages, or losses incurred.
Collections and Legal Action:
- If funds are reversed, you owe the promoter the refunded amount, plus any applicable fees.
- Legal or collection actions may be pursued to recover debt, with all associated fees and costs your responsibility.
- Negative credit score implications may result from unpaid debts.
Arbitration Agreement:
- Any disputes must be resolved through arbitration in Collin County, Texas.
Severability Clause:
- If any part of this policy is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
