Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled by TopShot Events LLC. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Event Cancellation

If TopShot Events cancels an event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund. We will notify ticket holders via email within 48 hours of cancellation.

Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date. Ticket holders who cannot attend the rescheduled date may request a refund within 7 days of the rescheduling announcement.
